Hives !!!!!?

A dr in the ER gave me clindamycin and verrrrrrrry'm pennicylin pennicylin allergic (and I said on many occasions and told me I wouldnt succeed Ives ) I stopped taking the clidamyacin when erupted in hives 2 weeks ago and I receive. Now I take Benadryl and helps for a while but not befor long'm itching allover again. How long do you think the hive is his will and nothing else I can take?
